With three major Universities (UNC, Duke, and NC State) and hundreds of large and small national and international companies in the RTP (Research Triangle Park) the area is home to people from all over the country and the world. In fact, locals have a joke that no one is ever from Raleigh here. With this diverse population comes a wide variety of cultural activities, restaurants and entertainment.
